A marketing site, an ember-bright brand, and a back office that runs the whole repair pipeline.
The brief
A trusted repair shop ran on phone calls and notebooks. They needed a face online and, behind it, a system to log repairs and let customers check status without ringing the counter.
Our approach
A dark, mobile-first marketing site with an ember-orange brand gradient and an embedded map of the workshop. Confident, local, and unmistakably a workbench, not a chain.
The build
A bespoke Payload back office, a repair pipeline, and a public endpoint so a customer can follow a repair in real time. A one-time importer migrated their existing records.
The result
A shop that looks the part and runs on its own software instead of a notebook.
